PAYMENT POLICY

Customer service is important to us, we want your online payment experience to be fast, friendly and most importantly secure.

Payment processing services for Providers on FareHarbor on Future Eco Surf School are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”).

By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a Provider on FareHarbor, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time.

As a condition of FareHarbor enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide FareHarbor accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize FareHarbor to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At our surf school, we run surf lessons in all weather and surf conditions, rain, hail or shine, providing it is safe to do so.

If the surf is too big, completely flat, or if the conditions are unsafe due to high winds or lightning, then we will reschedule your lesson.

A credit note will be issued if you are unable to book an alternative. If you are unable to attend a suggested alternative, a credit note will be given at the time and if you are unable to come to the new lesson, then we will provide a credit toward another lesson at a later date.

Refunds are issued at our discretion.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a lesson and will take place if there is availability for the new requested date. Failure to do so will forfeit the cost of the lesson and under these circumstances there are no refunds, partial or otherwise.

BOOKING POLICY

Future Eco Surf School customers must reconfirm their bookings with Future Eco Surf School office 48 hours prior to start date. Future Eco Surf School reserves the right to postpone or cancel any service due to any disaster of either a political or natural nature. These include, but are not limited to; bushfires, floods, earthquakes, political unrest or humongous gigantic waves.

Future Eco Surf School will not provide a refund in any of the above circumstances or if the customer changes their mind or their personal circumstances change.

Future Eco Surf School 100% surf guarantee only applies to lessons and training and this part will be refunded if Future Eco Surf School falls short in their instructions.

If the customer cancels a booking 15 days or more from the lesson date there is a 25% cancellation fee, within 7 days from the lesson day no refund will be given.

Future Eco Surf School is not responsible for injuries or medical expenses, personal accident, loss or damage of property/equipment whilst undertaking a service/activity that Future Eco Surf School partners or third-party operators contracted through Future Eco Surf School.

We do not take responsibility for loss or damage of your personal property no matter how caused.

All surfing participants must be able to swim for at least 50 metres unassisted.

Future Eco Surf School beach locations are subject to change.

Participants must be at least 7 years old or above to join most of our surf lessons and surf lessons for under 18 years old require parental/guardian consent.
